◆ Economic Achievements
"Led by Honglu Steel Structure, the Guoyang County Economic Development Zone is committed to building a green prefabricated building industrial cluster," revealed the head of the development zone. This cluster encompasses multiple key projects, such as Welding Wire production, light steel villa construction, and automated parking system R&D, aiming to promote green building and sustainable development. Since the beginning of this year, while maintaining normalized pandemic prevention and control, Guoyang County has actively promoted economic and social development, implemented policies to stabilize and safeguard the six key areas (employment, finance, foreign trade, foreign investment, domestic investment, and market expectations), achieving stable and positive economic performance. From January to September, the total output value of the county's designated industrial enterprises reached 18.03 billion CNY, a year-on-year increase of 26.1%. Among them, five leading industries, including green prefabricated construction, made outstanding contributions, accounting for 87.5% of the output value and growing 26.3% year-on-year.

The county will also implement a cultivation plan for scale enterprises, aiming to create a cluster for undertaking industrial transfer. In technology, Guoyang County plans to implement a doubling plan for "new technologies and new business" enterprises and an incubation initiative for small and medium-sized micro technology-based companies, focusing particularly on five leading industries: green prefabricated construction, eco-friendly organic agricultural product processing, and smart manufacturing. Furthermore, the county will accelerate the construction of platforms like technology business incubators and makerspaces, actively connect with innovation platforms in the Yangtze River Delta, and promote the local commercialization of more practical scientific research results, thereby establishing an industrial base for technological achievements.

Regarding infrastructure, Guoyang County will actively advance major projects such as the Bozhou Airport, the upgrading of the Guohe River waterway, and the Bozhou-Guoyang-Mengcheng Expressway.
